Welcome to Cyber Crime Game—a powerhouse team of experts from diverse fields, affectionately known as the Cyber S.W.A.T. team. Born from the international game development agency Gamificationers and now strengthened by cybersecurity expert Dick Schouten, we’re united in the fight against cybercrime.
As a start-up, our goal is to market our game internationally within three years, reaching 1 million active players. Why? Because cybercrime is on the rise, demanding a constructive and innovative approach. Everyone should be able to protect themselves against cyber threats.

As a cybersecurity expert, Dick brings years of experience in the field. We’ve combined his knowledge, expertise, and presentations into the Cyber Crime Game—without compromising on gameplay.
“In my role as an Information Security Officer (ISO), I provide strategic advice to management on handling information security. My expertise covers policies, roadmaps, (counter)measures, risks, and other related areas. Got ‘caught’ by the interesting and amazing world of cybersecurity, especially the awareness part.”
To operate at the highest level in cybersecurity, Dick also works at Prodrive Technologies. However, his influence extends beyond both Cyber Crime Game and Prodrive Technologies.
The most important role in his life? Being the proud dad of Siem and Saar. No matter the situation, Dick always stays true to himself.
As the game architect, Joris plays a key role in shaping both the storyline and gameplay.

Joris values not only the immersive experience and atmosphere within games but also the culture in the workplace and within the team. Outside of work, he’s a passionate gaming and sports enthusiast, the chairman of his local tennis and padel club, and a proud father to Pippa and Zavi.
With over 10 years of experience in the gamification industry, Joris is a true pioneer in the field. He’s always eager to share his knowledge and expertise and is available as a keynote speaker at events and conferences.
As global key account director, Dirk plays a key role in positioning the Cyber Crime Game in both national and international markets.”
“In my role, I’m responsible for maintaining client relationships both within the Netherlands and abroad. Our goal is to successfully launch the game in the Dutch market first. However, with growing interest from abroad, an international strategy is equally crucial.”
Dirk has been alcohol-free for three years and proudly addicted to Runkeeper. But his active lifestyle doesn’t stop there—he’s also an avid tennis player, which helps keep him mentally sharp.
